Description

I need to gain some extra themed backlinks, my site is about crimes & society News.

- pr4+ links
- we will supply anchors to use
- One-way links (not reciprocal).
- all pages need to be cached in google
- no more than 20 outbound links per page
- no banned by google pages
- PR must be on the page itself not the top domain
- links only, no javascript or css
- NO rel=”nofollow” links in the code.

RULES
1. Must be on unique domains
2. Each domain must have it's own class-C IP
3. All links must be permanent and static.
4. NO Free for all (FFA), guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty, sites must have content.
5. Pages links are on must be cached in Google.
6. Page from the link is provided should not have more than 10 outbound links
7. One link per every IP Address and Class-C IP block
8. I will have the right to cancel a link if not found suitable
9. I will only upon completion or escrow, no direct payments upfront
10. ARTICLE & DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS will not be counted as a link, we already get this done cheaply
11. Already established links will not count
12. No automated submissions, must be manually done
13. No blacklisted or SPAM sites
14. Sites using dynamically generated links are not acceptable.
15. Must provide report of your work in an excel spreadsheet showing URL (Where our site appears) and anchored text used.
16. We have the option to disapprove links that are unacceptable. As long as the links you place meet these project specifications there will not be any problems in this regard.
17. NO reciprocal links will be paid.
18. Links must be PERMANENT.

Please also let us know how you plan to attain the links as we are not interested in black hat link building ways. Bids without explanation with be ignored.
