Description

We need 300 links. 50 links per keyword. 6 keywords. PageRank 3 or higher. Keywords in Project Clarification Board.

Prices per link: [PR 3 - $6] [PR 4 - $7] [PR 5 - $8] [PR 6 - $10] [PR 7+ - $15]

Payment terms: We will deposit $300 to escrow. When you deliver links that meet our conditions worth $300, we will release the escrow and put another $300 to escow. If links do not meet our requirements or project is not delivered, we will ask you to cancel the escrow.

If work is done well, I would have additional projects. See our past projects. We have these projects all the time. Below are my requirements:

- No more than 25 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed)
- Links should contain the target keyword as a text hyperlink (anchor text)
- Links must be on established and static pages
- Ranked with Google Page rank 3 or higher
- On pages indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and MSN Search (cache must not be more than 1 month old.)
- Insurance, Finance, Money, Health, Real Estate, Retirement related websites only
- One link per domain (different C class IPs)
- Permanent links only
- English language sites only
- No search spam
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges
- No link schemes
- No redirects or cloaking (e.g., 301, 302, meta-refresh, JavaScript redirects)
- No dynamic links
- No pages blocked by robots.txt
- No article submission sites
- No rel=nofollow links in the HTML
- No guest books
- Links should be from website hosted in US

Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. All links must be approved by me before you place the link. Please send me an excel sheet with including, the site's URL, site PR. After you have placed our link, you would need to send a report in excel format with the site's URL, site PR, and anchor text used for our link.
