Description
*****************************************************************THIS IS A PROJECT FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROGRAMMER WITH A BRAIN

Presenly I use a simple set of PHP scripts to generate and simulate a horse race.
The players on my website can as part of the game place virtual bets on the horses.
The result of the race is presently generated randomly.

This project consist of replacing the present PHP scripts with a more intelligent and real system of race generating.
