Description

I need Two (2) Small flash animation for this website: http://www.e2techlabs.com/lex/

1st Part:
The top banner where it says "We enable freedom of choice" should be the first flash animation. I want the background to be a New York City Skyline, and I want it to blend into the rest of the website nicely. Please find a appropriate graphic and make it look nice. The top part should be graphically designed and slightly animated.

2nd Part:
The second part is the box in the middle, its width="490" height="314". That box should have flash and words such as Open Access, Carrier Neutral, Total Control, Prive, etc.. those words should appear on the screen one by one and then next word should come in. I am open to suggestions the best way to design that part.
I also would like the 0101010 animation in the background.
