Description

I want to convince people or inform people. A part of my town (Meadow Drive)has been knows as Ghetto Meadow. This street has 14 six family apartment buildings all town houses. It has one complex of 60 units in 5 two story buildings. All the buildings were built from 1978 to 1981. By the late 80's the area was not a good place to raise children or to live. The rent was cheep and that brought in trouble. So Meadow drive got the nickname. In 2006 the 60 unit complex got a new management company and they run criminal check on all tenants. 11 of the six family apartment buildings have been sold to new owners and all the buildings have been rehabbed and all the new owners run credit and criminal record reports on all tenants. Now it is a good place to live and raise a child. What I want to do is run adds in the local papers and have it look like or somewhat like a article that the paper would run. Maybe highlight one or two buildings every week for 4 or 5 weeks, I don't know. Is there someone out there who can help me with this.
