Description

This client does their own development in house, so I am looking for someone who can provide the following services for me :-

1. Manage the clients Google adwords campaigns on an ongoing basis(the main goal is to reduce the cost per click, but also drive good quality traffic to the website). Traffic only from New Zealand.
2. Design organic SEO improvements so as to significantly increase keyword rankings, google rank and organic traffic.
3. Suggest specific changes to the website that will increase the number of conversions.
4. For both pts 2 and 3 you need to briefly explain the reason for doing each change.
5. Give me a report at the end of each month, which:-
5a) Reports briefly on the adwords statistics for that month.
5b) Summarises the changes made to the website over the previous month (includes both SEO changes and content changes).
5c) Summarises the changes in traffic, keyword rankings and conversions for the month.

I already am getting keyword ranking reports which you can use, and I would like the report to be similar to my standard reports for this client.

I don't want any of those automated SEO reports on the website - done that and it didn't help. I want someone who understands both SEO and conversion architecture - the MAIN goal here is to increase the website's conversions - IE sell more online.
