Description

This is my second go around at it. I am seeking an individual that can resolve intermitten menu format problems. Either change the menu or add logic statements that allow the menu to work in Mozilla and IE. This project is a test so if done quickly and professionally they may be awarded other projects that we have on a daily/weekly basis.

There are 2 sites that require resolution. On one of the sites the menu will have to be altered. - NO PAYMENT W/O FULL TESTING.
