Description

The assignment needs to be completed as soon as possible on 3 november. When answering the questions its important that you declare for all calculations and dont skip any steps. If you complete it well i have more assignments for you to solve.

Two siblings - one brother and one sister - ski down a mountain. The probability that the sister falls is 0,3 and the probability that the brother falls is 0,5. The probability that both fall is 0,2.

a) Decide the probability that both siblings complete the mountain without falling.

b) Decide the probability that the sister completes if you have the information that the brother has completed.

c) Decide the probability that the sister completes and that the brother falls.

d) Decide the probability one of the siblings complete and that one falls.

e) decide the probabilty that at least one sibling complete the mountain.

f) assume that at least one sibling completes the mountain. Decide the probability taht the sister completes the mountain.
