Description

I need PVAs made from U.S. land line phone numbers. I will first purchase 5-10 PVA's and if everything is good, then I will be purchasing a larger amount from you on a regular basis. Please bid with your lowest rate per PVA.

The Phone verified accounts must include this:

A) Each account must be made from unique U.S. IP addresses.
B} Each account must be verified with a unique U.S. land line phone number.
C) Each account must have a unique and new Gmail.
D) Each PVA needs to work, or be verified that it is a working account.
E) Each PVA needs to have a "dummy post" completed so that it does not require re-verification.
F) IF the PVA is blocked within 72 hours, it needs to be replaced free of charge.
G) ALL OF THESE PVA's MUST BE UNIQUE AND NEVER SOLD TO ANYONE ELSE!

If you do not understand any of these rules, or are not familiar with craigslist, please do not waste my time.

I am not looking to pay a lot initially so please bid your lowest rate.
