I need someone who is experienced in mobile phone research to collect data on a highly complex project. This project requires a person who can "THINK" not just plug in data. DO NOT underestimate this!

All carrier plans have 80+ features that may or may not be the same on each carrier. You will have to "THINK" about what is included and not included. Consistentcy is imperative so that we can do an apples-to-apples comparison.

We will be using this data to analyze a person's mobile phone usage to make sure they are on the most cost effective plan and have all the features that they require.

I will be having 2 people do this project so we can cross compare results. If you make mistakes, these will be deducted from the contract amount. We need to decide on how many errors are acceptable and what is not. I will be available always for questions and clarification because this is not easy to comprehend.

You will be required to "CALL" the carrier and verify the pricing plans and features to make sure we get it right. Wrong data will destroy the business. This requires that you have VOIP or pay long distance.

We will do the same for 100 carriers after this project.
