Description: We are looking for Lead Generators/Appointment Setters who are able to produce quality leads and appointments for our sales team. We are a software development company so you will be selling our services; it will be a B2B role.

I don't mind where you are located as long as you have good English and grammer and can work UK and US timezones. I'd prefer you to be available during at least some GMT hours as you'll be directly reporting to me.

This is an ongoing position so we are looking for people who are dedicated and can commit to working with little or no supervision. Telemarketing, lead generating or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required. We will train you on our company requirements and are also available to help by phone, email and IM.

You daily activities will consist of calling companies from online phonebooks and data lists we provide, setting appointments during business hours, and submitting those leads to us. You will be compensated $5-$10 for every appointment you set and $50-$100 for every appointment that turns into a sale. This job gives you the ability to make a lot of money very quickly but you must show dedication. I'll also pay bonuses for consistent efforts. It is all about your ability to make enough phone calls to set the appointments.

We are hiring mulitiple individuals so please list your experience to review.

I don't mind if you're a company but please bear in mind that we have a set budget per appointment; please do not bid if you feel you cannot work to this. Similarly I don't want generic bids; I need to know your expertise specific to my requirement.
