Description

Need the following as discussed-
1. Change website from Mambo to Joomla while keeping overall look and function of original site.
2. Add blog that allows for user comments
3. Configure forum as needed - make it take up whole page width with no modules showing on forum page -- forum looks too cramped up right now
4. Recode template to remove errors
5. Any other changes you see fit!
