Description

I need help to adjust/ change the checkout process in Magento.

Instead of the 7 step checkout process I want just an easy "html form" (placed at the bottom of the page after customers add somthing to cart) where customers can enter name / address / choose payment option and all the info needed. I want this to make the checkout process faster.

I know sites that allready have this check out form, see attached image.
