Description

Hi,

I'm looking for a serious freelancer to help me with my Magento websites and projects.
What i need :
* Past Experience with magento (portfolio needed)
* Strong Skills - coding & design implementation
* Understand and speak english
* Know how to Improving Magento Speed & Performance by working with :
query_cache_size
key_buffer
table_cache
join_buffer_size
innodb_buffer_pool_size
* Someone who knows how to transform the 6 steps from checkout in one page checkout , like here : http://www.magentocheckout.com/ ( please check the demo and try to checkout there )
* Ready also for some PHP/MySQL Work

I don't need :
* Subcontractors who outsource work , only individuals please ( i make an exception for 'The Top 50 Freelancers' )
* Junior programmers who just know how to play with magento ( one is enough :) )
* Unreliable and arrogant programmers

Payment terms :
I will always use escrow service and pay per task/project upon negotiation.

The store is up and running with all the products.

What i need right now :
* Magento upgrade to the latest version ( i'm using modern theme , make sure you don't overwrite its files from the template - i do it every time :)) )
* Fix Magento Connect manager ( it is the single part of the admin area which has issues )
* Simple checkout ( check http://www.magentocheckout.com )
* Optimize magento speed & performance working with :
query_cache_size
key_buffer
table_cache
join_buffer_size
innodb_buffer_pool_size
