BIG PICTURE: i'm looking for a designer with whom to establish a long-term relationship. i look for in a designer 1) very clean, striking design, 2) experience with both windows and linux servers, 3) php experience, 4) clear and regular communication. i can start passing a few sites per month to the winning bidder, and increase as his/her workload allows.

THIS PARTICULAR PROJECT: i need a logo recreated in vector format. we will be redesigning the logo slightly, but these elements need to remain the same:
- the big yellow frame
- "Swifty" text, typeface
- "CAR WASH" text, typeface

i can promise clear communication and prompt payment for projects performed in a satisfactory manner.
