Design a new logo for a non-profit company.

The company is a new non-profit company that provides financial aid to students wishing to attend a special baseball umpire school. The school logos are attached, but that is not the new company name. I would like the logo to reflect some of the same characteristics of the main company, but a new identity and definitely not the same looking as any current logo. The website of the existing company is www.umpireacademy.com and the name of the new non-profit company is "Jim Evans One Umpire At A Time Foundation, INC". The "INC" doesn't need to be included in the logo if the design doesn't call for it. The slogan of the new company is "Changing The Culture Of Umpiring". I would like a version that has that in it.
