Description: Greetings.
I need a logo for our new company: Westwind - Feedback Management.

The company provides on-line tools and consulting for facilitating the employees assessment (appraisal) process in companies, as well as surveys system within a company/organization.

The logo may be simple and clean, but not over simplified, and should capture our philosophy and concepts of innovation, human resources, personal and professional development through feedback and close contact with employees.

Few points:
- The logo should reflect a serious, business-oriented, settled and sophisticate company.
- Yet dynamic and innovative
- The company may be sophisticated, but the logo should be simple and straight-to-the-point, not over-crowded with elements and motives (that's will go against the seriousness and settlement we would like to reflect)
- The logo should have some elements of movement (wind) or people, since we are dealing with human resources. The motion element should also reflect our dynamity.

Requirements:
- The winner will be provided with a demo of our marketing brochure. we would like the logo to match the brochure.
- We should have the ownership rights
- Expecting completion within 1-3 work days
- We expect to get at least 4-6 initial designs, from which we will choose one. Unlimited revisions for each design
- Fast and continuous communication. we would like to communicate via yahoo messenger
- All files should be deliver after that final approval
(on requirement) tiff, .eps, .psd, .jpg, .gif and vector formats with fonts and source.
- The logo will be ready for web and print

You should provide an existing portfolio for review.
