Description

I am in need of 2 logos - for two seperate entities. I would like source files upon completion to be able to tweak colors as necessary (Adobe Illustrator is preferred). The logos I need are for the following two businesses/themes:

1. Web Design Company called: Carrara Design
Please feel free to use your creativity on this one. You can use only text for this one or text and symbols/images. If you use a symbol, please use a fleur de lis. The initials C and D used in a creative, appealing format would be nice.

2: The initials MCE are the name of the business. The business focus is to maximaxe the potential of human capital, so a vector image of a person or something along those lines with the initials MCE would be great.

Please feel free to use your creativity! I would like to have a few options to select from for both logos. Color schemes are up to you.
