Description: We are building a website about France aiming Russian people and we need a nice logo. We have a good idea of what we want.

Since the logo includes a caption in Russian and requires knowledge of Russian culture, we would prefer a russian designer.

If this first project goes well, we could continue the collabration for the rest of the website graphical design (we use DotNetNuke).
