Site / company provides information about cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid, facial, orbital surgery.

logo should focus on the eyelid in an artistic way

I am looking to have logo appear elegant, sophisticated.

there are many medical practices that do similar surgery for their own personal usage, so there are many ideas out there....our website is a patient and doctor informational website

company name is EyePlastics and this needs to somehow be part of the logo.

Payment will be released only after all source files and various (jpg, tiff, etc) file formats are released.

Milestone payment can be made upon demonstration of 'proof of concept' demonstration of logo design candidates
Flash portion is okay, if this adds to the logo for the web..but I also need a print logo
