Description: Hello

I require a professional designed logo for a real estate advertising website. We need to have it editable in Adobe Photoshop.

ALL bidders please note the following BEFORE bidding:

1. The maximum budget for this project is $30.

2. ONLY 20% of the project fee will be made at the start of the project, and the rest will be made on successful completion.

3. I require 5-10 initial designs, from which I will choose one and then there will be unlimited revisions to the design.

4. You MUST have previous experience of designing logo's and have samples of you work.

5. On full payment, I will own the complete copyrights to the design.

6. The final chosen logo will be delivered in all relevant formats (GIF, JPEG, etc).

When we have the logo we would like to have some concepts for BCards.

The goal will be to get a logo that looks good in 4 variants (in this priority order):
* 4color (CMYK) for advertising & Brochures (hi res)
* B&W for newspapers - also needs to be viewable when sized at .75" x .75"
* rgb for website (low res)
* 2PMS color + Black or White for signs

Please send link to samples of other work you have to help evaluate your experience. No automated replies will be considered.

The logos will be for a Real Estate firm so it needs to offer
a professional and clean services impression. Company/website names
will be supplied in a few days.
