Description:	I need a new quality logo for a computer technology company. The company's main product is a web-based dedicated inventory system. The company is also the spawn of a established parent company which offers tax guidance; therefore the new logo may connotate to the established one of the parent compant Attached is the company's old logo. The potential designer must be able to deliver logo of 100dpi @ 1024x768, in Png and JPEG formats. Must also provide original format work was done in. That is if you design this in adobe I want the adobe file you created so that I can open and have access to each layer and elements. It does not matter what program is used to create the logo as long as it is commercially available. I would like to see samples of previous work with bids and a rough sketch of your idea before accepting bid. Please do not proceed to final version until you provide rough copy and I accept it. If satisfied you can proceed to final product. The logo must be original work. NO COPIES OFF THE NET OR LOGOS WITHOUT THE CONCENT OF THE OWNER. The seller must have exclusive rights to the work and must be willing to transfer it to us. VERY IMPORTANT The seller must sign a "bill of sale" indicating a the transfer of rights to the logo. This may be shortened in the logotype to ISP. The owner name which also figures in the current logo but does not necessarily have to be in the new logo is Piotr Modzelewski. Hope some of this helps. Thanks for all the bids. 10/09/2005 at 14:00 EDT: To avoid further misunderstandings the parent company logo is also attached under (logo_parent company.gif). The parent company is similar but not exact. What i require at the moment is a fresh approach which would enhance the feeling that this is a software producing company but at the same time retaining the esteem that the parent company has already generated on the market.
