| Description: |
THIS IS REALLY INTENDED FOR PINKY, DUE TO HER/HIS RAVE REVIEWS FROM OTHER PURCHASERS. Other logo designers with similarly impressive resumes are welcome to apply.
Please note - this is a very simple task (touching up existing logos), and the budget is set accordingly ($30-ish), however it will lead to more logo and graphic work IMMEDIATELY if done well.
IMPORTANT: Due to the number of fake, incomplete, non-serious and time-wasting bids we have received on previous projects on this and other freelance sites, we ask all providers to accept our standard terms before placing a bid:
1. In PM, provide a description of your full understanding of the project, 2. In PM, provide links to samples of your other work (please DO NOT claim work unless it really is yours; we will find out eventually), 3. Give an accurate estimate of time taken to complete the project, 4. Give your full and final bid amount (no estimates or "per hour" rates). 5. If any of the job specifications are unclear, or you’re not sure you understand fully, please just ask in PM (don’t guess or make assumptions). We’re happy to answer any questions.
All bids that do not follow these criteria will most likely be ignored. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Project name: Logo Touch-Up Timeline: ASAP. Budget: Approx US$30 Format: Web-safe (GIF), Print quality (TIF? or similar)
Description We have seven existing logos (don't worry - they're all derived from the same logo; only the text is different). Unfortunately, our original designer left the job half-done (although he was paid in full; live and learn). He delivered the original "proof" logos in JPG format, which is barely suitable for web use, due the way JPGs distort flat colour.
We need these logos to be recreated in a better format, including something suitable for printing onto letterhead, business cards, t-shirts, etc (will also need t-shirts and stationery designed shortly, for which we will obviously pay extra under a separate project).
The logo design doesn't need to be changed at all (although we are willing to hear any suggestions from you creative types).
ABOUT WORKING WITH US
- We pay on time, every time (sometimes we pay early and get burned, like the first time we tried to get these logos done, but oh well).
- We like to settle on a handful of trusted providers for our design and web development work, and offer as much of repeat business as they can handle.
- We try to be as clear as possible in our project descriptions, but if we've missed anything PLEASE ask for clarification. There are no stupid questions, just stupid results from not asking questions.
- We tend to pay bonuses when work is of a particularly high standard, or when providers deliver "above and beyond". Don't expect it, but take it as a compliment if it happens.
Thank you. Best of luck, and happy bidding.
