Final formats will be for print and for web.
We will also need the original files if any and the original design( for future edits)

We need a logo for our investment e-letter, Volume Spike Alert. We need a logo looks sophisticated yet solid (trustworthy).

About our e-letter:
Volume Spike Alert (VSA) is an investment newletter that investigates block trades totaling 5,000-10,000 in super small-cap stocks. Typically, these are young companies whose energies are focused on new products and new discoveries. At the first sign of this unusual volume activity, we look to see if there’s any current news on the company - earnings, announcements, coverage, upgrades, downgrades, etc... Then, we look deeper into the company to find out what’s happening behind the scenes. Does the company have a new product? Any patents pending? Is it up for any special licensing agreements or FDA approvals? Has it been in any long-term negotiations concerning major deals? A “yes” to any of these kinds of questions - combined with any unexplained volume spikes - usually means something’s about to break. That’s when gains are close at hand and that is when we issue an e-mail alerting our subscribers to the opportunity.
