Description

I have a new WP blog and just purchased and installed the Thesis 1.5 theme. I need some customization work done for the following -

A custom header/banner/logo designed and installed.
A custom page menu.
A custom categories menu, similar to the Pages menu, running laterally from side to side, but separate from the Pages menu and with dropdowns for sub-categories.
A custom opt-in box
I need an overall custom color and background scheme too.

You can see the blog at http://whoisscottphares.com . I am looking for my blog to be similar to http://katiefreiling.com and http://jonathanbudd.com but with my own personal graphics, pictures, logo, and slogan. I will attach the original logo banner that was put on the blog, I need something similar but with another slogan. My new slogan is on the blog - Try Not to Become a Man of Success. Rather Become a Man of Value.

I am open to design suggestions from personal information about me that I will provide. I can also provide pictures that reflect my lifestyle, interests, and what I want to accomplish with this blog.

I would also then like some Thesis theme customization instruction if possible, so I can take over any future customization tasks myself, I would liek to learn how to maintain and customize my blog myself.

The attached files are examples of what were on the blog prior to me installing the Thesis theme, These are just for ideas, I don't like the colors or logo slogan particularly.
