Description

I have a Joomla site that needs web design help. I believe all the major components are already in place, I just need help making the site look how I want it to.

The site will target a specific community and should have a:
landing page
forum
Chat
facebook interface
twitter interface
related news feed
logo
people able to login with email address, choose an avatar and screen name
I want to be able to send all registered email users email updates.
Before I launch the site live, I would like a page where people can pre-register their email address and give any suggestions and a countdown.
