Description: Need a PPTP on linux and OpenVPN VPN's installed on my Centos machine.

Will need a web interface to create/manage accounts.

Need to have ability to issue each user a dedicated IP or use main ip, and have stats on each user's traffic, and able to set bandwidth limits for users.

Must route all traffic securely through the VPN, and user can have full internet access.

Setup of tunnels/instructions how to setup tunnels.

Budget $50-$75
