Description
I need Squid Cache proxy setup on my Ubuntu 7.1 vps machine.The proxy needs to do the following
1) Setup proxy user accounts based on login and password.
2a) Be able to set specific user accounts to specific IPs. The VPS may have 10 ips, so each user account will be given an IP. Only one account will use one ip.
OR
2b) There will only be one account and Squid will rotate IP that is used for the one login account every x minutes. (I know doing it 2a will be easier, and we can try that first, if my software works that way then that is fine. Otherwise I will need 2b method.)
3) Complete guide (step by step) or instructions on how to setup the proxy again in case I need to format etc. I am not stupid and can learn quickly but I will need instructions so I can run through installing everything again by myself if I need to format/move host etc.
4) You need to be available on MSN and I prefer someone who is in my timezone (GMT +8).

Please read this, important:
Squid needs to be setup so that all SRC will be within a range say 123.123.1.1-123.123.254.254. All outgoing TCP IP will be different. This is because the people using the proxy server will be on the same network but each user will have a unique IP and account. An example below
