Description: I need Squid Cache proxy setup on my Ubuntu 7.1 vps machine.
The proxy needs to do the following

1) Setup proxy user accounts based on login and password.

2a) Be able to set specific user accounts to specific IPs. The VPS may have 10 ips, so each user account will be given an IP. Only one account will use one ip.

3) Complete guide (step by step) or instructions on how to setup the proxy again in case I need to format etc (and also how to add/remove extra IPs from the squid cache along with usernmames/passwords). I am not stupid and can learn quickly. Instructions will need to tell me step by step what to do get squid setup again. This is needed if I format/move hosts etc.

4) You need to be available on MSN and I prefer someone who is in my timezone (GMT +8).
