Description

I have a need for a simple 1-2 page site that is designed with a USA (red/white/blue, flags) and a housing/econonmic theme.

* Also, there needs to be a registration page:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Address
City
State
Zip Code

Required Check Box: Agreement to allow us to post their first name, first letter of last name, city and state to the home page.

Optional Check Box: Please contact me.

I want a message posted saying "Your registration is being posted from the following IP address <show their IP address> in an effort to reduce fraudulent and duplicate registrations."



* Read only presentation of each validated user's first name, first letter of last name, city and state each time a new user is validated will show up on the home page with latest entry at the top with a date / time stamp.

Example:

John S. Phoenix, AZ

* Once a user complete the registration the site will send an automated email to them. They must click on a link in the email to authenticate their email address. This must occur before their information is posted to the home page. No more than one registration per email address. There cannot be duplicate home address / city / state / zip code records.

This should be pretty simple stuff for someone to do. I would expect the work done in a couple of days. Nothing fancy.
