Description: We have a proxy that is (reportedly) an open proxy on port 80. we are using squid with firehol.
What we need is to have someone secure up the proxy as well as fix a couple of ranges that didn't work from the get-go.
This isn't a large job for someone proficient with squid and linux security.
From that point, if the job is satisfactory, we would have more jobs to offer them as we will be replacing the proxy soon with a new one to set up.

In other words, we need to band-aid this configuration first and then we'll move on to configuring a new proxy.

This job is for securing the CURRENT proxy server only.
