Description

Python ppplication modification under ArchLinux and OS script modifications.

1) Fix RSS feed parsing problem.

2) Implement Boot-Time and Install-Time progress report. In case of boot proble, write errors to a separate log file. If internet connectivity is present, post the log to specified http address.
