Current:
PHP 5.1.6
Apache 2.2.6

Need to upgrade to the latest version of php and Apache.

Will need to do a backup of PHP and Apache before the upgrade, so we can go back to as it was before if disaster strikes,

The upgrade should keep the current configuration settings.
