Description

We are looking for a support ticket system. We want to have the full history of the support mails from each client.

E.g. customer is writing a mail from his mailadress. We want to see the full history of all mails from this customer.

An easy customer login would be nice. Name, mailadress, and some details from the customer such as Firmware, Hardware, version of SW

I am open for everything
