Description: I have a server running Plesk and Linux distro is Fedora 7. I am experiencing extremely slow transfer speeds via FTP or HTTP. It caps out around 100KB/s and it is on a 100MBit server. I would like to get this fixed and to be informed on the issue as I have another server with the same problem.
