Description

Only bid if you can help right now please.

I'm in immediate need of a Linux/Database Admin Expert to review my Godaddy Linux Dedicated Server and MYSQL databases.

Starting this afternoon, my websites got an error that they could not connect to the databases.

pages made in html are generally not affected.

Here is the error I get when I attempt to enter plesk:

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Too many connections

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:154
psaerror(string 'Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Too many connections')
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:87

GoDaddy responded with this vague message:
Thank you for contacting Server Support. Upon reviewing this issue it appears that the MySQL service on your server is utilizing the CPU on your server, causing the performance issue. The best solution in most cases is to optimize the code for efficiency to ensure it loads as fast as possible. Making sure that all database connections are closed at the end of query. We suggest research online using a search engine or forum for the proper instructions necessary to manage any essential services. Even with any instructions found, you should fully understand that any administrative changes you execute on your server are your responsibility. As such, you should double check the referenced material for accuracy and to ensure that no adverse changes will occur with any non-standard installations or configurations that you may have made within your server.

What I would like is for someone to log into the server, see if they can figure out what the problem is, which domain or database and tell me what needs to be done or fix it if you can.

Thanks.
