Description: I have New List of needed features

* Question: Can or how will realtors / vendors renew their
subscriptions without having to create an entire new profile?

* We need a way to be able to edit "Saved Search".

* When a realtor enters a new property into the system that
matches someone's "Saved Search". An email needs to be generated and sent to all the people who have created "Saved Searches" that match the new home entry.

* The body of the email that gets sent to the realtor by a person interested in a specific property doesn't contain and identifying information like address, or a url, etc. to help the realtor remember what property the potential buyer is interested in.
