Description

Hi, Ladies & Gentlemen

this project is a serious one.
i need a smart phone application does the following thing:

F1. can auto reply received SMS, and a black/white list can be set.

F2. can send SMS to specific number
F3. can look up contacts in local phone, and send SMS to some friends.
F4. can retrieve or upload data from/to internet server
i.e: refresh specific wap pages automatically, or download sis/jar files and install them automatically
F5. can search Bluetooth peers and send them the installation file of this application if available.(i.e, can be .sis for symbian)

Note:
N1. your application should be VERY HARD to be killed (by a task manager) or uninstalled.
your installation file does not need to be traditional install files like .sis, but it
should be easy to install, hard to uninstall.
N2. except F1, the other functions can be configured to run secretly or with a notification to user.
N3. the language should be in a xml files or something, that we can translate this app easily.
N4. this project is serious one, and we also look to long term cooperation with the developer.
