Small task to configure an .htaccess file to work with both JOOMLA(on root) and a WordPress (in subdirectory).

* Must be confident to make both Joomla URL rewrite and WordPress URL rewrite work smoothly together.

Attached: Current .htaccess file (curently working fine with the Joom but not the Word Press)
