need quality link builder or a group who can take care the link requirement for over 12 to 15 projects each month. approx 150 link each month with regular sites only, PR3+

*** Requirements ***
- The PAGE the link is posted on must be PR2+. - Links must be PERMANENT or min 6 month, non-reciprocal, and static.
- Links must contain the target keyphrase as a text hyperlink (will be provided to winning bidder).
- Link page should be indexed and cached by Google within the last 20 days.
- Link page should be only from English language sites.
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text MUST NOT contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- One link per domain and Class-C IP address.
- Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
- Links must be on a website that is broadly topically relevant.

- NO links from :
- link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, social bookmarks, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, scraper sites or generally black hat links or not from those who intentionally created sites for links only.
- "Three way" links.
- Redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
- Cloaking, framed pages, etc.
- Sites banned by Google or blacklisted sites.
- Automated submissions.
- Article sites.
- Ping sites.
- Newsgroups.

Links from websites that already link to the target site will not be counted. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

*** Process ***
1) I will provide the keywords and link URL(s).
2) You will send me the links for approval every 4 days.
3) You will place the links and provide a report (Excel spreadsheet) with this data :
- Link page URL (the URL where my link is located).
- PR of the link page.
- Anchor text used.
- Site IP address.
- Last cached date

Payment will be made after links have been verified successfullly.

Pls don’t bid who deliver crab or don’t deliver links and still ask for advance escrow. We don’t have time to waste in repling to disputes and then win it like previous provider 312471
