200 PR5+ Permanent One Way Links needed from travel related websites - these sites needs to cached by Google frequently no lower than 2 weeks at a time. The links you will be providing me needs to be cached by Google within 2-3 weeks max. And ones again, the placement should be permanent. These 200 PR5+ links are for a specified keywords and landing pages to be provided to you after we agreed on.

NOTE: Before you place the link, pls send the URLs first for me to check if they are suitable.

This is for highly experienced link builder who knows how to check links that are good and relevant. Make sure that they are static links, should not be from javascript, flash links, graphic, "rel=nofollow", etc.

Here are more restrictions (pls pay attention to this):
* No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites.
* No foreign language sites (English only).
* Web sites needs to be fully developed.
* No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
* The link page indexed with PR5 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other blackhat tactics.
* Must be on static sites only with no ie no redirects, cloaking, etc.
* Link page must be indexed and cached by major search engines. No drop domains either that have not passed the page rank yet and not cached.
* Text link only with no graphics.
* Links must be PERMANENT. No guestbooks, FFA's, Blogs, Blog Commenting, Classifieds, dynamic links, forum posting, articles, directory submissions, link exchange, blacklist/banned sites from Google, any spamming method, etc.
* Links must be on a website that is topically relevant.
* If the link is on a links page there should not be more than 30 other total links on the same page - Inbound and/or outbound.
* Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt
* You must submit detailed report where I can find the link. Please include the PR of the site.
* Each link MUST come from different C-class IP addresses.
* Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.
* No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
* Must be manually submitted.
* Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
* Must send me weekly updates of links.
* You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
*Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire.
*Please submit samples of 3-5 sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid.

We would like to build 50 links over a 6 week period.

Payment: We will pay for this project once project completed and verified. Will check all links before payment made. You will need to provide us with the following spreadsheet before any payment is made:
Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address. We reserve the right not to accept a particular link.
