Can be from directories, link farm, comment, social bookmarking or whatever you can get but has to be trackable.
Has to be there for at least 1 year.
No links from adult, casino, pharmacy websites.

A complete report is needed once you fininsh.

I only have around $50 on my budget so please quite accordingly.
