One Way Link Building Project for Sign Industry Related Links.

Although we would prefer all links be related to the sign industry we will permit a maximun of 20 links to be from the printing or graphic design industries. The 30 remaining links must be SIGN INDUSUTRY SPECIFIC SITES ONLY, this means either a sign company or a sign industry related journal, or online magazine. Such as http://signindustry.com/




In addition all links must be:

1. One way non-reciprocal links from a page with a minimum page rank of 3 (PR=3)
2. All links must be permanent.
3. No Web/Links Directories, article sites, social bookmarking. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, blogs, Google banned site, black-hat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites
4. No sites banned by Google.
5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache.
6. Must be manually submitted.
7. One link per site (IP). and not on the same C Blocks, No duplicate links on any web site.
8. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
9. No more than 20 outbound links per page.
10. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page.
11. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, framed pages etc.
12. Links must be on a PAGE with a required Google PR, not PR of the site's homepage.
13. All Links must be from topically relevant English language-based developed websites.
14. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
15. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.

You will need to provide us with the following spreadsheet:
Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address.

NOTE: We reserve the right not to accept a particular link.

Links must be built slowly over a period of 2 months as to avoid any penalties. Example, first 12 links in 2 weeks, next 13 links in 2 weeks, etc. Project should be completed in 2-3 months, not any faster than that.

For our part we agree to pay escrow $1100 and release 4 payments to you as follows: 1st release of $250 at 12 links completed by you and accepted by us, 2nd release of $250 at 25 links completed by you and accepted by us, 3rd release of $250 at 32 links completed by you and accepted by us, final release of $350 at 50 links completed by you and accepted by us.
