Description

We want our new site to become a PR4+. Please send us your strategies to accomplish this. No PR pushing or tricks. We want a REALISTIC plan using real methods (link building, articles, content, DMOZ listing...)
85% of Links will be listed only in USA (majority of customers)

Winner will be based on combination of PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE and price and the best plan - not the lowest bidder. I will not accept bids from non-professionals without credentials.

The site is selling horoscope information. Payment will be made only when the site index page is PR4 and PR3 for all second level pages without any PR Tricks.
