Description

I am looking for 50 high quality one way links for my financial website. I want these links mostly from UK websites. All the links should be RELEVANT and come from related fields.
The links should be all PR2+ and help drive traffic to the website. All the links should be permanent. Here are a few guidelines that I want the link builder to follow.
1)Link pages must be permanent and static, without query strings and NEVER expire.
2)No link farms, forums, spam sites or black hat links
3)No sites banned by Google (ALL links are indexed in Google and Yahoo)
4)Manually submitted
5)No blacklisted or spam sites.
6)No more than 100 links per page.
7)Links must be permanent, static html links.
8)Links must be in text, no graphics
9)No links can include a rel=nofollow tag
10)No links on any site that seem to have incurred a Google penalty. 
11)No links on pages disallowed by robots.txt and NO rel=nofollow links in the code. 
12)All links pages where links appear are indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days. 
13)Links must be listed / indexed in corresponding PR SITE and PAGE
14)One link per domain. All links are from unique C Class IP addresses.
15)No web rings or link exchange programs or such as Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com etc.
16)Links page is reached from homepage in maximum 2 clicks. 
17)Not too many links from directories. 

Apart from these the links should follow all guidelines so as not be seen as spam or link firm. Any link that violates the guidelines, will be replaced free of cost by the link builder.

I will need detailed reporting in an excel sheet after the project is completed. Long term partnership with the link builder if I am satisfied with the quality of work,
