Description
I need 40 (32*)PR3+ (8*)PR4+ (PR must apply for link page) or higher one-way static links to my 4 web sites (each 8-12). The links must not be already cached in google. 20 Links need to be in the field of holiday/diving/swimming/underwater or near to this the other 20 need to be in the field of holiday/turkey/istanbul/antalya or near to this.

***PROJECT REQUIREMENTS***

1. Links must come from individual web pages of PR3/4 or higher.
2. Links should/must contain our target keyword/keyword phrase.
3. No reciprocal links will be accepted.
4. Links must be manually submitted.
5. Links must be deployed 4-8 per week over a 5-10 week period.
6. Links must be permanent, static html links and can not be from sites that require ongoing payments.
7. Links must be in text, no graphics and cannot be from framed pages or include rel=nofollow tag.
8. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days.
9. Link should be on ENGLISH(20-30)/GERMAN(10-20) language sites only.
10. Linked sites must be in production and active (Not under Construction).
11. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc.
12. One link per domain.
13. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
14. No link dir.
15. No more than 80 outbound links on each page.
16. No adult/porno content.
17. No forums.
18. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

I will need a final report

– Date link submitted
– Date link accepted
– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)
– Google page rank of the link URL
- Anchor Text

***PAYMENT SCHEDULE***

1. The winning bid will be paid when the work is completed and verified.

2. Verification of the URL, PR, IP Address, and Anchor Text.

3. I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement instead.

4. first 50% of the Payment will be made after ALL links have been placed and verified.
5. secound 50% of the Payment will be made only after Google has cached the links.
