After analyzing your request, I found that 75 one way link is easy to place. Secondly the link will be placed on PR1 or more higher, its a deal Thirdly! you desire not more than 50 outbound links on the page (100 is ok for high PR Links) which is also very easy to do. No directories, its also ok Finally, No more than one link in same C Class IP Obviously, its impossible that more then one link in Same C Class IP.
