I need 100 PR5+ links for a 'We Buy Homes For Cash' website.

Links should be put on relevant sites such as the following: (these are some top sites with extrememly high PR):

www.a-quick-sale.co.uk
www.nationalhomebuyers.co.uk
www.mpginvestments.co.uk


NOTE: It should be fairly easy to get other sites to agree to these links as we are the only website of its kind in South Africa and we only deal in South Africa. This means that many high PR sites in the United Kingdom and United States will have no problem hosting a link for us as we pose no threat to them at all. We would suggest using this motive/reasoning when approaching these websites for the link hosting.

We reserve the right to refuse any link made or request a replacement.

Requirement:

#1 We require at least 100 PR5+ one way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking from a relavant site.

#2 Winner must provide text document entailing the URL, page rank for each link. ie. You must send a list of pages for approval before you submit to save wasted time.

#3 Link pages must be google cached within past one month.

#4 Optimise for the following Keyword Phrases and quanitites:

50 links for keyword 'repossession' as anchor text - landing page should be 'http://www.easy-home-sales.co.za/welcomepage_repo.aspx'

50 links for keyword 'selling property' as anchor text - landing page should be 'http://www.easy-home-sales.co.za'





Payment :

Payment will be released once all links (100 pr5+ ) are verified and accepted by us.

If you display good work, we are looking for a long-term partner as we have other websites that need similar work.

Specifications to abide by:

• Total 100 PR5+ one Way Links.
• Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted.
• Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum PR5+ PAGE.
• Link must not reside on a page with more than 20 outbound links
• Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
• Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as anchor text of the hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords.
• Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
• Links should not be on Flash sites or pages.
• Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted - Must be relative to our website).
• Links should not be from framed pages
• All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block).
• Linked sites must be in production (fully working/developed web sites and not under construction).
• Links must be in text, no graphics.
• Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ FFA pages or exchange programs.
