Description

I am looking for an experienced link builder with the opportunity for an ongoing relationship of lots of work. So this is a trial task.

You must have experience of link building. So please DO NOT bid if you have limited or no link building experience.

I require 15 unique links, which should also include a keyword / keyphrase which I will provide. I will also provide the subject areas in each PM.

Please ensure you have noted ALL of the following conditions before bidding.

1. Links cannot be from framed pages
2. Links cannot be through a javascript
3. Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag
4. Links cannot be through a redirect script
5. Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages
6. Link cannot be from social bookmark sites
7. Links cannot be from article submissions site
8. Links cannot be from directories
9. Links cannot be from blog / forum comments
10. Links cannot be from guestbooks
11.Page must not be excluded by robots.txt
12. Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
13. No link exchange programs or web rings such as Linkpartners.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
14. One link per domain. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
15. Links should be directly relevant to the 3 subject areas. So for example, if you are building a link to a page about Cars, then I require a link on a page about cars.
16. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
17. Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others).
18. Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads.
19. You must send me weekly updates of links.
20. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
21. Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. All links MUST be permanent (no rent-a-link sites).
22. One way non-reciprocal and free links only.
23. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. The page my link is placed on must be PR3 or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE).
24. No link from: guestbooks, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites.
25. Link page should be from Us English language sites only.
26. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc.
27. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 90 days.
28. Links should not be spread across sub domains.
29. The page the link(s) is placed on must be at least PR 1.
30. No more than 50 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed.
31. No scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
32. No sponsored reviews or pay-per-post links

If ANY link conflicts with any of the above points, you will not be paid.

On completion, I would like an excel spreadsheet with the following information:

1) The URL of the page where the link is placed.
2) Date the link was acquired
4) Google Page Rank
5) IP Address

Important: Please understand that if the 15 links do not meet the aforementioned standards, I will ask you to correct the issue. No payment will be issued until all 15 links are acquired and correct by the guidelines presented.
