Description

We are looking for a quality link builder to establish 50 permanent links to our website.
We are prepared to give additional link building projects to the right person if the price and the quality are good enough.

Link Requirements:

A. One way permanent static links only, no reciprocal or triangular link exchanges.
B. NO link farms, link-exchange programs, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites
C. No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. No commercial web rings or link exchange programs.
D. No sites banned by google.
E. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache.
F. Must be manually submitted - No use of Automated software.
G. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).
H. Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once (2-5 per day).
I. Links must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
J. No more than 20 outbound links on webpage where our link is to be placed.
K. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page.
L. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
M. Links must be on a webpage with a Google PR of 3+, not just the PR of the sites main page.
N. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.
O. Only ethical work will be accepted. All links must be visible and readable - no IP address or user-agent cloaked pages.
O. All Links must be from on-topic relevant English language-based developed websites and must be operational and complete.
P. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
Q. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead
R. Bonus paid for links that are active after a 9 month period.


We want variations of the anchor text and URLs used in the links, We will provide a document containing the desired anchor text(s and URL(s).


Deliverables:

A. Excel spreadsheet including the following columns:

• Date submitted
• Date accepted
• Link URL (the URL where our link is located) - clickable link
• Page rank of the link URL
• Type of link - website, directory etc
• Anchor Text
• Target URl - the page on our site the link goes to


Important Notes:

Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.
